Day 63 of 365 - "Toys. When you're not looking" project

Spring is coming soon and with it, optimism for the arrival of colorful rainbows.
In 2013, I'm doing a 365 shot a day project with the theme "Toys. When you're not looking". The idea is to capture familiar toys dealing with the situations and challenges that life throws at them in the real world, just like a human would.  You can follow the progress of the project on

Setup Info:
Shot with the Nikon D7000 and Nikon 28-70mm F2.8 AFS lens @ 50mm.  Manual exposure mode, F6.3, 1/80th second shutter speed, ISO 100, spot metering.  Camera was tripod mounted and shutter triggered with Nikon infrared remote.
Main Light:
Alien Bees B800 studio strobe @ 1/128th power in a 22" Paul C Buff white-lined beauty dish with white diffusion sock on the front.  Strobe and beauty dish mounted on a boom arm attached to an Avenger C-Stand hovered about two feet over the white seamless. Strobe triggered via a set of PocketWizard Plus II radio transceivers, one on the strobe and the other on the camera.

A white fill board was used just over the camera position to bounce some light back onto the front of the toy.
