Shot with the Nikon D7000 and Nikon 28-70mm F2.8 FS lens @ 34mm. Aperture priority mode F14, ISO 200, spot metering, exposure bracketed for one set of three frames with 2 stop variance (-2, 0, +2 EV range). Camera was tripod mounted and shutter triggered with Nikon infrared remote. I used a Cokin Z-Pro 100mm filter holder with a 3 stop graduated neutral density filter and a one stop tobacco grey graduated neutral density filter to control the brightness of the sun in the top half of the exposure. Tone map post processing of the exposure brackets done with NIK HDR Efex Pro 2. Further processing done in Photoshop CS5.
