This is Cliff's School in Kent County on Maryland's Eastern Shore. It was built in 1878 and was in active use as a school until 1939. The school is the last surviving one-room schoolhouse in Kent County. It now serves as the Cliff's School Museum where children and adults can experience the history of schools from our past. The Kent County Retired Teachers Association administers the school museum.
