Located in the "Covered Bridge Park" within South Whitehall Township, Lehigh County Pennsylvania, this dam is 165 feet long with the Jordan Creek flowing over its structure. The Wehr Covered bridge, one of two covered bridges in the park, stands a few hundred feet downstream. The Wildlands Conservancy group aims to remove all nine dams along Jordan Creek, restoring the waterway to its natural state in the near future. It is not entirely clear if the Wehr Dam is definitely one of those dams to be removed at this point.
